Blog Content
This is a ministry, therefore the 2X Designers withhold the right to accept or reject designing any blog that they feel is questionable. This includes, but is not limited to nudity, immodesty, pro-choice, drug/alcohol abuse or profit, blasphemy, or anything we feel is morally questionable. The 2X Designers want to enjoy every design they do, and have a peace about the content the design will be supporting. 2X Design is very strong in its convictions to representing and glorifying God through every design.
Revisions
2X Design will use the information provided on the Order Form to its full advantage, with the hope that we can hit the nail on the head the first time. 2X Design offers 3 free markup sessions. When the test blog with the design is sent, customers have the opportunity to respond with “markup,” or comments on what they would like to see changed to perfect the blog. The process will continue three time at no additional cost. Every markup session after the third one adds an extra 10$ to the final bill. The designer will let the client know of their draft number after each revision.
Payment
2X Design uses paypal as its primary use of payment. Cash and checks will not be accepted without previous consent from the designer. Designs will be completed on a test blog and the customer will not be allowed to edit the design until it is installed. Half of the total payment is due up-front as a deposit. Designs will not be installed into the customers blog until the total payment amount has been received.
Authorizations
With any item purchased that requires installation, you will be asked to provide username/password corresponding with the site. We recommend you change these after design completion, however 2X Design is not an affiliate and will not sell, record, or remember any of your information upon completion.
Credit
2X Design will work to the best of our ability to make your design dreams come true. The quota at the bottom of your design that states who the blog was designed by is required to stay there. If it is found to have been removed, 2X Design will contact you and revoke your design, defaulting your blog’s template. Designs are to be kept wholly in tact; if a part of a design is going to be removed or changed, the entire design must be removed. Additionally, any credit going to images, digital kits, and fonts may not be removed.
2X Design reserves the right to use your design on the portfolio page, as well as feature it on the blog.
Queue
Blog designs will be added to the queue in the order they are received. Upon receiving your order form, a 2X Designer will contact you and give you an estimated wait time, as well as ask for anything else they might need to begin work on your project. During the wait time, we ask that you not inquire to the designers about when your project will begin. After replying to your order, the designers are aware of your project and will contact you as soon as previous projects have been completed. If the wait time the designer issues you is too long for an original project or if you change your mind (before a designer begins) about ordering from 2X Design, you must notify the designer immediately and ask that you be taken out of the queue.
Hidden Costs
The price of any istock image, font, or digital kit will be added to your final bill. Unless previously purchased by 2X Design, you will be responsible for covering all costs regarding elements purchased for the completion of your design.
Copyright
No images will be accepted that do not have proof of copyright sent with them. 2X Design uses istockphoto for its images; the images and kits will be purchased by the customer, not 2X Design.
Liability
2X Design does not guarantee success or business from your purchase. You are responsible for marketing and site promotion.
Refunds
Due to the unique nature of designs, 2X Design will not issue refunds for any reason.
Privacy Policy
Any information you provide to 2X Design will never be sent or sold to any other company or person. Your information is completely confidential.
